I have been working with Mahoney Environmental with my previous restaurant group and now for over 10 years since I have been owning my own 3 restaurant locations. They are always there to do the services when asked and go up and beyond for additional request when I have events in my area that I'll need additional grease removal and recycling. My locations are also not easy access since they are in Chicago parks & beaches; but they always manage to get the job done. It's one less thing I have to worry about owning and managing the restaurants. I know that this important disposal job will get done on time when requested and done right. It's one thing I never worry about. I have been working with Victor P. in the Chicago area locations for many years and he always takes care of us. I am even a seasonal account and I'm always treated like I'm welcomed back each summer season as I operate the locations. Thanks Vic and Mahoney!

Yes, Mahoney Environmental recycles tallow. They collect used cooking oil and other food-grade fats, which are then processed.

There is NO COST for used cooking oil recycling service!

Once an Account Representative evaluates your needs, we’ll provide a clean, durable container for storing your used cooking oil and set up a collection schedule that works for you. After each pick-up, we measure the amount of usable oil—typically the majority of the total volume—and any applicable rebates will be issued based on that amount and your overall volume.

The used oil we collect is processed into renewable fuel at our state-of-the-art facilities. This sustainable fuel is then distributed across the region to sustainable aviation fuel and renewable diesel.
