As a home care franchise, Assisting Hands® is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and customized in-home care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

You can change the service anytime! We actually expect and ecourage that to happen!

Yes, all Assisting Hands caregivers are fully bonded and insured. They have all gone to school to be a caregiver and have the appropriate license and/or certificate. 

Your well-being is our #1 Priority. If you are not totally at ease with your caregiver, we will work hard to find one who is the perfect match for you.

We try to keep the same staff, but we also have to manage a client’s cost as well. Required overtime pay can get expensive, so having a team of caregivers is a good option.

We request a 24-hour placement time, but most often we can get someone out to help within 3-4 hours!
