Hello, I am Dennis S., the brother of Allan S. who is receiving your services at Naperville. I visited him there last week, and was in a position to get to know three of your care providers: Bridget, Maria and Janay Thomas. I want to compliment all three of them for their care of my brother. Bridget was clearly an experienced and capable caregiver. And although Maria and Janay are (I believe) relatively new at the job, they proved themselves to be caring and competent. In particular, I want to thank Janay and Maria for staying overtime on more than one occasion to help my brother with a last-minute "emergency." I am pleased to feel confident that they are all doing good work in caring for my brother. My thanks to all of them.

We have had wonderful caregivers with Assisting Hands! Janet makes sure my dad gets meals and is helping him gain weight, and Virginia makes sure he doesn't miss doing his swallow exercises. They have been wonderful! Back when my parents needed 24 hour care, Arianna was amazing and took care of all my parents' needs. Marcus was also excellent!!! Assisting Hands administrative staff stepped up immediately to cover all my parent's temporary 24 needs when my dad was sicker, and were flexible and adapted to our needs for fewer hours as he improved. They have been very responsive to whatever we needed and have always been friendly and kind.

We are very happy with Assisting Hands Home Care. Melissa R worked with Dad and with us to find caregivers that are a good fit and she built a positive relationship with us in the process. Our caregivers have been great and Deisy Aguilar can't be matched for friendly, professional, qualified and patient care with Dad. She is engaging, thoughtful and intuitive and we are always grateful to see her.

This company is awesome. Used them when my dad needed a daily care taker after a fall. Everyone from the intake coordinator to Rich, the owner, who explained everything, to the care taker they sent to care for my Dad were extremely professional and competent. Their knowledge of Veteran benefits that are available for veterans like my Dad was invaluable. We spoke to many other agencies before finding Assisting Hands. Hands down the best out of all we spoke to....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

Each caregiver provides the support & care that my husband needs along with their own individual gifts. This enables me to work part-time and get out while my husband enjoys the comforts of home. Assisting Hands Naperville initially said to me, “We want to be a source of comfort for you.” I was hesitant to have others help care for my very elderly mother--until I met the caregivers. They are intuitive, experienced, trustworthy, respectful, and so patient with Mom. Her set team of caregivers-Alexus, Elena, Judith, Kathy & Rejina, and those who step in when needed-including Jenna, Joshuette, Latisha & Robin, are very competent and kind! They engage with Mom and seek out her interests. They manage to gently convince her to take her meds, eat, and socialize with them. Mom really seems happier and more at ease. The office staff, especially Jennifer and Keitcha, has guided our family through this entire process. Assisting Hands definitely is a source of comfort!
